A rare single origin Arabica from Cameroon’s misty Northwestern Highlands, grown at 1,900–2,400 metres in mineral-rich volcanic soils. The Coffee Plants reach full maturity in 4–5 years, while each harvest takes 7–9 months to ripen after flowering, the ripe cherries are harvested, carefully washed and dried on raised African drying beds, this coffee delivers a clean, complex cup with bright fruit acidity, chocolate nutty, subtle floral notes, medium-full body, and a long finish.
Sourced from smallholder farming communities in the Bamenda Highlands mainly Oku and Ndop villages, this underrepresented African origin offers specialty roasters a unique coffee with strong traceability, heritage, and a distinctive story.
How to Identify Premium Arabica Coffee
Arabica coffee is recognised by its elongated, oval-shaped bean and distinctive curved centre crease. Grown at high altitudes, it develops a sweeter, more complex flavour, contains more natural oils and less caffeine, and is the preferred choice for specialty coffee.
